When We Are Closed

If you think you are suffering a medical emergency (such as chest pain and/ or shortness of breath, please telephone 999 to avoid any delays.

For urgent advice when the surgery is closed between the hours of 0800 to 0830 and 1800 to 1830,  ring the surgery and you will be put through to the GP Coop, for the doctor on call.

For urgent advice outside these times please dial 111

For 24 hour advice and information telephone 111.

The NHS 111 Service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by advanced nurses and paramedics.

Where possible the NHS 111 team will book you an appointment at one of the local OOH Satellite Units (HUB) or transfer you directly to the people you need to speak to.

The local Hub is at Crookes Practice, School Road Sheffield S10 1GN.

Walk In Centre

Any patient can be seen for medical treatment for a range of minor illnesses and aliments at the Walk in Centre.

The local NHS Walk-in centre is based at Rockingham House, Broad Lane, Sheffield, S1 3PB.

Accident & Emergency Department

A&E is for genuine serious problems and should NOT be used for things that general practice can treat.
