Complaints Process

Every patient has the right to make a complaint about the treatment ot care they have received at Dykes Hall Medical Centre. 

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice, but we understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encounted, we will be able to improve our services and patient experience.

GP patient survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
